Atypical Voyage Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Atypical Voyage, including the mobile app, features, subscriptions, purchases, content, and related services.
By using Atypical Voyage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The App
Atypical Voyage is a travel discovery and planning app that helps users explore places, save locations, browse maps, compare travel profiles, and use trip-planning tools.
The app may include free features and paid features.
2. Paid Products
Atypical Voyage offers the following in-app purchases:
Crew Year
Crew Year is an auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription title: Crew Year
Subscription length: 1 year
Price: $34.99 per year, or the local equivalent shown in the App Store purchase sheet
Product ID: com.atypicalvagabond.voyage.crew.yearly
Crew Year unlocks saved locations, maps, route tools, advanced search, travel analytics, and related trip-planning features for the active subscription period.
Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Cartographer
Cartographer is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase.
Price: $119.99, or the local equivalent shown in the App Store purchase sheet
Product ID: com.atypicalvagabond.voyage.cartographer
Cartographer provides lifetime access to the paid Atypical Voyage features available under Cartographer, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the app.
3. Payments and Billing
All iOS payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Atypical Voyage does not collect or store your full payment card information.
Refund requests and billing issues for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
4. No Custom Unlock Codes
Atypical Voyage does not use custom promo codes, license keys, QR codes, or external payment mechanisms to unlock paid digital features in the iOS app.
Any free or discounted access to paid products on iOS must be provided through Apple-supported mechanisms, such as App Store offer codes where available.
5. Account
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Travel Information
Atypical Voyage may display travel-related content, place descriptions, maps, recommendations, analytics, and planning information. This information is provided for general informational and planning purposes only.
You are responsible for verifying current travel conditions, entry rules, safety conditions, prices, schedules, health requirements, weather, and local laws before making travel decisions.

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy:
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
8. License
Atypical Voyage grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or misuse the app except where allowed by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Atypical Voyage, including its name, design, software, features, text, graphics, data structures, and original content, is owned by Atypical Vagabond or its licensors.
You may not use Atypical Voyage branding, content, or software except as allowed by these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may use or link to third-party services, including Apple services, map services, analytics services, authentication providers, hosting providers, and travel data providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Atypical Voyage is not responsible for third-party services.
11. Maintenance and Support
Atypical Vagabond is responsible for maintenance and support for Atypical Voyage. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

12. Warranty Disclaimer
Atypical Voyage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price according to Apple’s policies. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Atypical Vagabond will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel losses, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
14. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You agree to comply with applicable laws when using the app.
15. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app or through another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
